Toket provides digital software and AI productivity workspace services. Please read this policy before purchasing a subscription or plan.

1. 点数、会员与数字服务 — 退款一般原则1. Credits, plans, and digital services — general refund principles

Toket 提供点数、会员套餐、月卡、企业卡及相关数字服务。支付完成后,相应权益按购买页面说明生效。Toket offers Credits, membership plans, monthly passes, enterprise plans, and related digital services. After payment, benefits take effect as described on the purchase page.

点数仅为 Toket AI 平台内部服务额度,不可兑换现金。已消耗的点数通常不可退款;具体是否可退、退款金额及处理方式须结合所购套餐、平台规则及本政策下列条款综合判断。Credits are internal usage credits for Toket AI and are not redeemable for cash. Credits that have already been consumed are generally not refundable; whether any refund is granted, the amount, and the remedy depend on your plan, platform rules, and the sections below.

已消耗的点数或已经实际使用的服务部分,通常不予退款。因改变主意、已开始的订阅期或未实际使用的额度,我们也一般不提供无理由全额退款。Consumed Credits or services already used are generally not refundable. We also typically do not offer no-reason full refunds for change of mind, started subscription periods, or unused balances alone.

对于未消耗的额度重复扣款支付异常、经我们确认的长时间无法使用付费功能,或误扣费等情形,您可联系客服申请处理。For unused balances, duplicate charges, payment errors, confirmed extended inability to use paid features, or mistaken billing, you may contact support to request review.

是否退款、退款金额及退款去向,需结合支付渠道订单状态使用情况适用法律规则综合判断;我们可能视具体情况采用原路退回、额度补偿、服务延期或其他适当方式处理。Whether a refund is granted, the amount, and where funds are returned depend on the payment channel, order status, usage history, and applicable laws. We may, depending on the circumstances, refund to the original payment method, offer Credit compensation, extend service, or use another appropriate remedy.

法律法规另有强制性规定的,从其规定。Where mandatory legal requirements apply, those requirements prevail.

2. 重复扣款、支付异常与误扣费2. Duplicate charges, payment errors, and mistaken billing

若因计费错误对同一订单或同一订阅期重复扣款,或发生支付渠道异常、订单状态不一致、您认为是误扣费等情况,请凭收据与账户邮箱联系我们,并提供订单或交易 ID(如有)。经核实后,我们可能将相应款项退回原支付方式,或按具体情况采用其他适当处理方式。If you were charged more than once for the same order or subscription period due to a billing error, if a payment channel anomaly or order status issue occurred, or if you believe you were charged in error, contact us with your receipt and account email, plus the order or transaction ID when available. After verification, we may refund to the original payment method or apply another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

3. 服务中断与长时间不可用3. Service outages and extended unavailability

若经我们确认的系统故障或平台原因,导致您在较长时间内无法正常使用付费功能,请联系支持团队。视具体情况,我们可能提供服务延期、点数额度补偿或部分退款;具体方式结合故障时长、影响范围与您的实际使用情况判断。If a confirmed system failure or platform issue prevents you from using paid features for an extended period, contact our support team. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a service extension, Credit compensation, or a partial refund—based on outage duration, scope of impact, and your actual usage.

4. How to request help

Email support@toket.com.cn with:

· Your account email
· Order or transaction ID (if available)
· A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 3 business days.
