These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Toket ("we", "us", "our") — an independent AI product lab that provides practical AI tools and product experiments around cost clarity, prompt improvement, model understanding, and related workflows. Workspace is currently Private Beta / limited access (waitlist / request access). By using Toket, you agree to these Terms.
Note: These supplemental terms apply based on the site/domain you use. Display language does not change the U.S. legal market.
You are using the Toket AI United States site (toketai.com). This supplemental section applies to accounts, AI features, and Workspace Private Beta / limited access on this domain. Public payment checkout for Workspace plans or credits is not currently integrated.
If paid services are enabled later, pricing and Credits may be presented in USD where shown. Credits are internal usage credits only—not cash, cryptocurrency, securities, or stored value; not transferable, withdrawable, or redeemable for money. Purchased credits are not currently issued for public sale.
Some AI features rely on third-party model providers (including OpenRouter and upstream vendors). Your prompts may be processed on third-party infrastructure subject to their policies.

1.1 Toket provides online software including AI Cost Analysis, Prompt Optimizer, and AI Model Workspace. Workspace is currently Private Beta / limited access. Features may include prompt optimization, multi-model comparison, workflow tools, and content generation.
1.2 Toket is a software platform. We do not sell, resell, or transfer third-party AI accounts, API keys, or subscriptions (including GPT, Claude, or Gemini memberships).
1.3 We may update features, models, and access options. Material changes will be communicated via the product or website.
2.1 You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
2.2 You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or using Toket for unlawful content or activity.
2.3 You are responsible for content you submit and for complying with applicable laws and third-party AI provider policies.
3.1 Workspace is currently Private Beta / limited access. Public access is via waitlist or request access. Paid Workspace plans (including any future Starter / Pro style offerings) are not currently available for purchase, and payment checkout is not currently integrated. If paid functionality is introduced later, applicable pricing and commercial terms will be described on our Pricing page and related policies when enabled.
3.2 Credits, when used in Toket AI, are internal usage credits only. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, securities, stored value, or transferable assets. They cannot be withdrawn, traded, transferred, or redeemed for money. Purchased credits are not currently issued for public sale. AI Cost Analysis is an AI usage estimation tool—not a transferable token or financial asset.
3.3 If Credits or workspace usage metering is enabled for your account, consumption is measured inside Toket AI (including AI Model Workspace). Allowances, debits, and overage rules (if any) will be shown in-product when applicable.
3.4 If paid services are enabled in the future, refunds will be governed by our Refund Policy and applicable plan or platform rules at that time.
4.1 Toket software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service while you have authorized access (including free or Private Beta access, or a future paid plan if enabled).
4.2 You retain rights to your input and output, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
5.1 AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information before relying on it.
5.2 The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5.3 Cost estimates and model comparisons are for planning purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toket and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you have not paid us, to the maximum extent permitted by law).
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Toket at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, discontinue use of the service.
