Toket ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use Toket — an independent AI product lab offering practical AI tools and product experiments. Workspace is currently Private Beta / limited access.
Note: These supplemental terms apply based on the site/domain you use. Display language does not change the U.S. legal market.
On toketai.com, this Privacy Policy and the supplement below apply to how we handle account and usage data for the U.S. site. Billing data applies only if and when paid services are enabled.
AI features may route prompts to OpenRouter and other third-party model providers; those providers process data under their own policies. Toket AI does not use your inputs to train Toket-owned models, but user inputs may be processed by third-party model providers and Toket cannot make training/data-use promises on behalf of those providers.
If Credits are shown in a USD context when paid services are enabled, they are internal usage credits—not cash, cryptocurrency, securities, or stored value. Purchased credits are not currently issued for public sale.

Account data: email address, user ID, access or plan status (if any), and authentication tokens from your sign-in provider.
Usage data: task metadata (model used, usage signals, timestamps, prompt length), feature interactions, and session diagnostics needed to operate and improve the product (and, when paid services are enabled, to support billing).
Payment data: Payment processing is not currently integrated for public Workspace plan or credit purchases. If paid services are enabled later, payment partners may process payments; we would store order IDs and plan status, not full card numbers. We do not currently operate live checkout (including Paddle or similar) for Workspace plans or credit purchases.
Technical data: browser type, device class, IP address (for security and abuse prevention), and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

We minimize storage of full prompt text. Task records may include summaries and metadata for history, operations, and—when paid services are enabled—billing.
Toket AI routes requests through OpenRouter and/or other third-party model providers. Your inputs, conversation context, file contents, and prompts may be transmitted to the relevant provider to generate responses or complete tasks. Those providers process data under their own terms of service and privacy policies.
Toket AI does not use your input content to train Toket's own models. We cannot, however, make commitments on behalf of OpenRouter or the underlying model providers. How those third parties retain, use, or train on submitted data is governed solely by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Please avoid entering sensitive information such as national ID numbers, bank card numbers, medical records, full contract text, trade secrets, unreleased financial information, account passwords, or API keys. If your workflow requires handling such content, de-identify or summarize it first.
AI outputs are for reference only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or investment advice. You should independently verify important information and are responsible for your inputs and how you use the results.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate Toket — such as hosting, authentication, analytics, AI model inference (including OpenRouter and other third-party model providers), and, when paid services are enabled, payment processing — under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. When you use AI features, your prompts and related content are processed by the provider you select or that we route to on your behalf, subject to that provider's policies.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service.
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. We apply encryption, access controls, and monitoring appropriate to an online product handling account and usage data.

Toket may process data in countries where we or our providers operate. We take steps to ensure adequate protection consistent with applicable law.
Toket is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
