Privacy Policy

Toket ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use our AI productivity workspace SaaS.

1. Information we collect

Account data: email address, user ID, subscription plan, and authentication tokens from your sign-in provider.

Usage data: task metadata (model used, Workspace Usage consumed, timestamps, prompt length), feature interactions, and session diagnostics needed to operate billing and improve the product.

Payment data: processed by our payment partners (e.g. Paddle). We store order IDs and plan status, not full card numbers.

Technical data: browser type, device class, IP address (for security and abuse prevention), and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use information

We use collected data to:

· Provide and maintain AI Workspace, Prompt Optimizer, and related features
· Measure Workspace Usage and manage subscriptions
· Improve reliability, security, and product design
· Respond to support requests
· Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI content and prompts

We minimize storage of full prompt text. Task records may include summaries and metadata for history and billing.

Toket AI routes requests through OpenRouter and/or other third-party model providers. Your inputs, conversation context, file contents, and prompts may be transmitted to the relevant provider to generate responses or complete tasks. Those providers process data under their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Toket AI does not use your input content to train Toket's own models. We cannot, however, make commitments on behalf of OpenRouter or the underlying model providers. How those third parties retain, use, or train on submitted data is governed solely by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Please avoid entering sensitive information such as national ID numbers, bank card numbers, medical records, full contract text, trade secrets, unreleased financial information, account passwords, or API keys. If your workflow requires handling such content, de-identify or summarize it first.

AI outputs are for reference only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or investment advice. You should independently verify important information and are responsible for your inputs and how you use the results.

4. Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers that help us operate Toket — such as hosting, authentication, analytics, payment processing, and AI model inference (including OpenRouter and other third-party model providers) — under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. When you use AI features, your prompts and related content are processed by the provider you select or that we route to on your behalf, subject to that provider's policies.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service.

5. Retention and security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. We apply encryption, access controls, and monitoring appropriate to a SaaS product handling account and usage data.

6. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact support@toket.com.cn. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. International transfers

Toket may process data in countries where we or our providers operate. We take steps to ensure adequate protection consistent with applicable law.

8. Children

Toket is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
