Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

To improve user experience and keep the Toket AI website and Workspace running properly, we may use cookies, localStorage, or similar technologies. This page explains how we use them; you can manage related settings in your browser according to your needs.

1. What cookies are and how we use them

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser; similar technologies such as localStorage are also used to save preferences and state. We do not intentionally store ID numbers, bank card numbers, full prompt text, or other sensitive content in cookies or comparable storage; however, authentication cookies and session identifiers may relate to your signed-in account state.

We use cookies and similar technologies mainly to:

(1) Maintain sign-in and account state (for example, sessions after email verification code sign-in or Google / GitHub social sign-in);

(2) Remember usage preferences such as language and theme, reducing repeated setup;

(3) Help secure the website and Workspace through protection and access controls, reducing malicious access and abuse;

(4) Support core product features and necessary operational analytics (such as visit and conversion analysis; scope may change as the product evolves).

2. Types of cookies and retention

2.1 Session cookies: Usually valid for your current browsing session and may expire when you close the browser; used for basic functionality during that visit.

2.2 Persistent cookies: May remain on your device longer (for example, days to months, depending on cookie type and third-party settings), to remember preferences or maintain sign-in state; they are cleared by browser or server policies after expiry.

2.3 Local storage (localStorage, etc.): May persist on your device for theme, language preferences, or some client state; you can delete it by clearing site data in your browser.

3. How to manage cookies

3.1 You can view, enable, disable, or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Steps vary by browser; see help documentation such as:

(1) Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data;

(2) Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Cookies and site permissions;

(3) Other browsers: Look for cookie options under Settings or Preferences.

3.2 If you disable or clear essential cookies or local storage, you may be unable to sign in, lose account state, interrupt recharge or payment flows, and lose access to sign-in-dependent features such as the AI Model Workspace and Prompt Optimizer. Non-essential preference settings may also not persist.

4. Third-party cookies and similar technologies

When Toket AI provides sign-in, security, hosting, payment, or analytics features, third-party services may set necessary cookies or similar identifiers. Such processing is generally limited to what is required for those features; we do not claim that we use no third-party cookies whatsoever.

Third-party services may include Google, GitHub (social sign-in), Supabase (authentication and sessions), Cloudflare (security and delivery), and future payment or basic analytics partners. Each third party’s cookie use is governed by its own policies.

For overall information on personal data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
