When I started building Toket, my focus was on features. The original idea was simple: build AI tools that people can actually use. That is why Toket gradually introduced modules such as AI Cost Analysis, Prompt Optimizer, Workspace, Knowledge, and News. Each module had a clear purpose: Helping users understand AI costs, optimize prompts, manage AI workflows, and follow the evolution of AI technology. But as the product continued to grow, I started asking a more fundamental question: What exactly is Toket? If Toket is only a collection of AI tools, there is nothing fundamentally different from many other AI tool websites. The real challenge was not adding more features. It was building a clear product identity. So this update focused on redefining Toket as: Independent AI Product Lab. Toket is no longer just a website providing AI utilities. It is becoming a place to document how AI products are designed, built, tested, and improved. Another important direction came from GEO and AI discoverability. Traditional website optimization focused on search engines: Keywords, page structures, and links. But in the AI search era, a different question appears: How does an AI system understand a product? How does it understand the relationship between an organization, a founder, and a software product? This update focused on improving Toket’s entity structure: Organization Entity Founder Person Entity SoftwareApplication Entity Product relationships I also added /llms.txt to make Toket’s structure easier for AI systems to understand. This is not simply about ranking higher. It is about building Toket’s identity in the AI era. Another major change was redefining News. Originally, News was designed as an AI industry information section. But for an independent Builder, reporting industry news is not the strongest advantage. Large media companies can report what happens in the industry. Only the Builder can explain: Why was this feature created? Why was a direction abandoned? How did one failed experiment change the next decision? Therefore, Toket’s content system is evolving into: Product Updates Lab Notes Experiments Engineering Notes Lab Notes will continue documenting my real process of building Toket. Another important decision was being honest about Workspace status. Many products try to present themselves as more mature than they actually are. They use messages like: “Start Now” “Subscribe” “Join” even when the product is not fully ready. I believe product communication should reflect reality. Workspace is still in Private Beta. So this update removed misleading expressions about subscriptions, payments, and full availability. For a long-term product, accurate communication matters more than short-term marketing. Toket is still a small product. There is no large team, no massive marketing budget, and no mature business model yet. But that is also what makes it meaningful. I want Toket to become more than a collection of AI tools. I want it to become a real record of how an independent Builder creates products in the AI era: designing ideas, testing assumptions, learning from mistakes, and continuously improving. This update was not about what Toket added. It was about understanding what Toket is becoming.
Estimate task cost in the AI Cost Analysis or refine prompts in the Prompt Optimizer.
