For the past few months, Toket has been in a phase of rapid exploration. From AI cost analysis and prompt optimization to model knowledge, Workspace, News, and Knowledge, the product has continued expanding. This process confirmed something important: AI enables a single builder to create things that previously required a larger team. But it also creates a new challenge. Too many directions. Too many ideas. Too many possible paths. Recently, I focused on researching GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). By studying existing projects and products, I started defining GEO’s role inside Toket. It should not simply be another analysis page. It could become a system for: AI visibility analysis; Brand presence evaluation; Automated reporting; Optimization recommendations. Today, I completed the first phase of GEO direction planning. The next step is no longer endless research. It is productization. At the same time, I reorganized Toket’s August roadmap. The focus will move toward: Product improvement; Project organization; Visual upgrades; Technical debt reduction; Business validation. There was also a very practical moment today. I renewed my Cursor subscription. The reason was simple: Once the direction is clear, staying in research mode no longer creates value. For an independent builder, tools are only part of the cost. The most important thing is knowing what to build next. The past few months were about making Toket work. The next stage is about making it: Easier to understand. Easier to use. More valuable. AI lowers the barrier to building products. But it does not remove the difficulty of making decisions. Over the next month, I will continue documenting: How AI collaborates in building Toket; Which directions are worth investing in; Which ideas should be abandoned; How an independent builder searches for the first real business signal. Toket continues. Building Toket.
